1. Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide. Whether you’re in Sweden, Europe, the Middle East, or beyond – we’ll get your order to you, in shaa Allah.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at hishmaemail@gmail.com and we’ll assist you personally.
2. Delivery Times
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days

International: 6–12 business days (may vary based on location)
Delays may occur during holidays or sale periods.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
- Sweden: from 59 SEK
- Europe: from 99 SEK
- Rest of the world: calculated at checkout
All shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
4. Carriers
We use trusted shipping partners such as PostNord, DHL, UPS, and local couriers depending on your region.
5. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If your package is unclaimed or undeliverable and returned to us, a fee of 299 SEK (or equivalent) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
6. Delays & Customs
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged upon delivery.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
